William Alfred Kemp

William was the son of Annie Louisa Price (formerly Kemp) of 1 Laburnum Cottages, Chelmarsh Common. He was born in 1901 at Stockcross, Newbury, Berkshire.

William died of disease on 3rd May, 1917, whilst a Boy 2nd class at H.M.S. Impregnable, a Naval Training Establishment at Devonport. Official records give his age as 17 but he was actually 15.

Annie married William Price in 1920.
